A tour is confirmed only when the 30% deposit has been paid. The remaining balance has to be paid
by credit card between 8 days prior the tours/services and at the latest on the first day of the
tour/service by cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
If the client provides a wrong date for their tour, France Private Guided Tours will try to provide a
guide for the new date. If France Private Guided Tours isn’t successful in providing a guide, the
tours/services will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour with France Private Guided Tours, and you must
provide a real name and address for invoicing purposes.
The tours/services begin on the basis of the arranged pickup time and end at the expiration of the
tours/services time frame.
Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

For a cancellation 60 days before the tour the client gets the deposit refund.
For a cancellation less 30 days prior the tour, no deposit refund.
For a cancellation less 16 days prior the tour the client must pay the remaining balance.
When we have to purchase entrance tickets and/or bookings in advance (Museums, Castles, Monuments, Tastings…) in case of cancellation whenever it occurs, we will keep the amount paid for the tickets and/or the bookings and comply with the above terms with regards to clients refund. Conditions are similar for strike reason in the listed places.
In case you prepaid the total amount of the tour the cancellation policy is: 60 days before the tour the client gets 100% refund
Less than 30 days prior the tour, the client gets 70% refund.
less 16 days prior the tour, no refund.
When we have to buy purchase entrance tickets and/or bookings in advance (Museums, Castles, Monuments, Tastings…) in case of cancellation, we will keep the amount paid for the tickets and/or the bookings and comply with the above terms with regards to clients refund. Conditions are similar for strike reason in the listed places.
Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client’s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.
For a booking made less than 16 days prior to the tour, we charge the full amount.
No refund in case of cancellation.
France Private Guided Tours cannot be held responsible for acts beyond its control such as but not
only : Acts of War, Planned or Unplanned attacks. We are not responsible for damages or losses
including loss of income from persons or entities not controlled by France Private Guided Tours,
such as Transportation Providers, Tourist Sites such as Buildings, Museums or other Tourist
Attractions, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Shops or any other provider. In the event of any claims,
disputes arising from our relationship or caused by the tours; all parties consent to having their
grievances heard in the jurisdictions of the courts in Saint-Malo, France.
If the tour or a part of this tour can not be delivered because of weather conditions, it shall not give rise to any refund.
Because of traffic conditions, FPGT can not be held responsible if :
– the tour has to be shorten
-the clients miss a train, a flight, etc
-all the sites mentioned in one tour can’t be seen or visited
Every effort is made to provide photos that give the client an overview of the Services offered. These photos are intended to indicate the type or the level of comfort and sites and cannot be a source of commitment beyond that purpose.
LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL ITEMS
FPGT and its partners cannot be held responsible for the loss or the theft of personal belongings and luggage and cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings and luggage left in the vehicles or anywhere else.
It is the responsibility of the clients to check that they are in possession of the necessary documents for their stay, especially with regards to the tours outside France that the passport gets a visa if necessary or an updated identity card.
No refunds shall be given in case of lack or loss of the necessary documents
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
FPGT may charge an extra fee for the tours starting in Paris for a pick up and/or a drop off outside Paris city.
These General Terms are governed by french law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or execution is referred to the Court of Saint-Malo
